8 Forum not working as expected

Hi,

I messaged 2 weeks ago as I was unable to access the majority of the forum discussions (little "locked" icon on), despite being a CIPD member.

I received a response confirming that there should be no reason why I am unable to access the discussions, using the correct login email address etc., yet still the situation has not changed.

PLEASE can this be resolved ASAP

Apologies - I now appear to have access to forums that still display the "lock" with the exception of the key one I am looking to access - the Coronavirus HR response forum, where it states "my request is still pending"...
