I'm looking for any recommendations for an HRIS. I just starting working for a small charity with less than 50 staff and we have nothing at the moment. I'm looking for something cheap(ish), but the will keep basic records, handle leave and timesheets and have a mobile App so staff in remote locations can selfservice. Any thoughts or recent experience much appreciated

Hi, I'd recommend Cascade. I also work for a small charity with less than 50 employees. We use it for all types of leave requests/authorisations and timesheets. It's self service, cloud based so available remotely. I believe they have an app version too however I can't really comment on that as we don't use it.

Debbie, Is this CascadeGo or CascadeHR? They are two very different HRIS systems. CascadeGo in my experience is a bit 'clunky', Cascade HR is much more functional.
