Unable to log in to My Profile

Hoping someone can help please.

I have been unable to log in to manage my profile on the CIPD website for a couple of days.

    No. Nothing has changed other than I am waiting for the CIPD to quality check my course and issue my certificate. This was submitted just over 2 weeks ago from my learning provider and I understand this can take 6 to 8 weeks so doubt it is anything to do with upgrading my membership to Assoc CIPD.

    It is the correct password and email address so unsure why I can't log in.
