Hi All 

I need some assistance and guidance - I am currently studying with Avado for my Level 5 CIPD I managed to pass 5 of the assignments, i've taken a break away from it and only have 2 more assignments left to complete which is Reward and Employment Law. 

From reviewing the notes from the assessors they have said that to increase my mark on my assignments to "include references on all work cited". Apologies if this sounds like a thick question but what does this mean and what is the best way of ensuring a good mark on my final assignments.
