HR and Payroll System for a growing business

Hi 

We are a growing business of about 1200 employees in the UK. We are looking to implement a HR and Payroll system. We are currently using spreadsheets so we re starting from scratch. 

Ideally looking for feedback on different systems in the market right now that are cost efficient and has all the functionality required for Core HR, Payroll, ATS, Training and Talent Management.

Also anything we might not have thought of, to keep in mind when researching a new system.  

Any feedback would be very much appreciated.

  • I would recommend Natural HR also just finished implementing and the automation and workflows for certain processes have made then so much quicker and less labour intensive :-)

    The Payroll Integration side is not available right now but I believe it's not far away from being launched. You can I believe currently run reports off to show changes for that month/period to send onto you payroll provider.
