Just reaching out to see if any one does anything on these lines.
Currently we offer 2 x contracted hours of CSP on completion of probation per 12 months Jan - Dec. I have been tasked to look at other options in particular how we can support people who may have a longer term sickness and then go over the 2 weeks CSP. Currently this has been done discretionally when we had under 100 staff, we now have over 500 and we are looking to have something more structured.
Happy to increase CSP based on service, but also need some help if any of you have things in place where the discretion reason are listed, such as Broken Bones, Cancer , Strokes.
