Hi Serena, as someone who helps clients select, implement and maximise their people tech as one of my areas of specialism, I'd be curious to ask a few more questions. I have worked with clients on Workday, pre and post implementation so have experienceof it.

Workday is a big (enterprise) wide system so will have a lot of automated workflows, system set up requirements, and has whole teams of associated consultants who work with clients to implement. You may find some basic videos on You Tube, a lot of systems providers have videos and you might find other non-supplier information there too but I doubt there will be enough for you to implement.

If you are looking to get up to speed and grow your knowledge of what's involved and needed in an implementation and how to get more confident in this area so you can help support or be involved in an implementation then I'd advise looking at more generic training which you can then apply to Workday as then you would be learning the system rather than the technical principles alone.
