We have an individual who is due to be placed with us soon to undertake work's experience for 5 days. Although they will not be on our payroll, I have requested Right to Work ID. I have been presented with a Polish passport. Ordinarily, I would request a share code, however, given the individual's age (15) and the fact it is volunatry work rather than paid work- would this be necessary?
