Hi,

I currently am dealing with a staff member that works way more hours than they should, they seem to enjoy it. However, the company does not recommend nor want them to do this at a risk of their own health. I am certain that this individual will push back on this, how should I approach this conversation? is there anything that can be done to stop them from working over their agreed hours?
