2 Exit interviews - global system?

I am currently reviewing my company's exit interview process with the aim to achieving efficiency & consistency on how it is carried out. We are looking to move away from the current manual interviewing process towards an online systems-driven approach that can be used globally.

Would anyone of you be able to guide me on providers in the market for such systems/tools? The online interview process would need to be able to offer different language options.

Hi Monika

I don't know of any specific systems, but do you have Office365 in your organisation? I am pretty sure something that fits your needs in multiple languages could be created via Microsoft Forms. If you had an expert IT function, you can build on this by using the additional tools in the suite like Sharepoint, Power Automate etc.
