Thanks for the feedback, a tip from me if you haven't already done so is to check out the desktop version of the Community too (cipd.co.uk/community) as it has extra features such as a search, profile and an anonymous posting area where more sensitive workplace issues are discussed 'Workplace Dilemmas in Confidence'.
