Generally, one should reference websites as little as possible for academic purposes because the content can change or disappear without warning, undermining the validity or utility of the reference. If you want to reference Indeed for data purposes, it would be fine to undertake a data scrape of Indeed, to compile the results into a useable data set and then provide Indeed as the reference for that data (along with the date of access etc in good Harvard style). But otherwise be careful.
