Hi all

A cry for help - I am trying to upgrade to chartered membership and have spent significant time completing the upgrade forms. I was ready to submit then yesterday CIPD changed the questions on the assessment and uploaded a new form (despite the deadline being 30th September for the old ones).

I emailed them to request a copy of the "old" form - but they inadvertently sent me a copy of the "new" one for use after 30th September and confirmed a deadline of Monday to submit.

Would anyone have a copy of the "old" upgrade form used up until the end of this month they could post for me?
