We have recently undertaken leadership 360 reviews for the leadership team and as a result a number of staff have been highlighted for coaching. There is one particular director who has agreed to coaching albeit reluctantly, He has stated he will have only one session which as we know is not enough. Therefore I need a company that is dynamic and can perhaps get straight to the heart of the matter. Has anyone used a coaching company that they would recommend.
