Im renewing my annaul CIPD like every year , but honestly I still dont know what is the benefit of it. How I can use it to help me , I donno maybe with my personal goals , career or anything else . Im not sure if the question is silly but honeslty I dont know why Im paying alot to renew it !!
I only renew mine because my employer pays for it. If they didn't I would certainly reconsider. This forum is the main benefit in my opinion. The cost seems to increase year on year without providing any additional value for money.
