Pre-employment checks

Hi All

Other than the usual commonplace pre-employment checks such as references. medical and criminal records, I would be interested to hear if anyone carries out any additional checks on a BAU basis.

Identity and right to work in the UK. Also, qualifications/professional memberships if these are a requirement of the role.
