Hello,

I am currently trying to benchmark occupational sick pay in either the travel industry or hospitality, we do pay this but want to check if our procedure is in line with others as part of our review of benefits process, can anyone assist please?

    Hi, what information are you looking for? I work in the hospitality and leisure industry and have seen a range of different benefits very much depending on the ownership and culture of the business, from none existent to brilliant. Happy to discuss them all!
