Thanks for being a member of our Community here for the last couple of years. The fact that you are here, reading, contributing... I'm truly grateful for that. 

This space serves as a platform where thousands of members can connect to support each other in solving workplace problems quickly.⁠ There are clearly other ways that members and non-members seek guidance on the more 'transactional' stuff... but what I think sets our (Your) community apart, is how over the years we have all collectively created a safe collaborative space where people can seek validation for difficult decisions they need to take... and⁠ get nuanced support for complex workplace situations that require careful handling.⁠

You can champion that by sharing the existence of this Community with other people professionals and share your experience with others.
