Hi Everyone
I have been looking at all the posts in relation to performance management systems with interest as our company are looking at bringing in Microsoft 365 for Talent, I have looked at videos on line and we have had a demonstration over webinar but I have struggled to find any reviews on the core activity of performance management and how people find this works. There is a lot on the attract and onboarding but I am keen to see how we would properly work with this and our staff on going for reviews etc. Is there anyone who has been working with this recently? I would be really grateful for any feedback.
