We are a company of around 180 employees (80 in the UK and 90 in five other countries) and looking for a new HRIS. Is anyone able to recommend a good HR System which they have either used in the past, or are currently using? We currently have a system which is proving too complicated to use and looking for something which has all of the standard features (such as absence management, booking annual leave,  reporting, etc.), is easy to use, has good functionality and will engage our employees.
