is there an update? members have been unable to log in for nearly 24 hours now?

Hi Stevi - sorry for the ongoing issues. We suffered a major power outage and areas of the site that require a login were, and still are, affected.

We're working hard to get things back to normal. We'll keep you updated.

Following a power outage we’re still experiencing problems with our website logins, our systems are currently restoring and we’re testing them as they become available. Our customer services team are still running but with reduced capacity so we’re taking longer to respond to queries than normal. We hope to have full service back across all areas tomorrow.
