Web services affected by power failure @CIPD...

We have suffered a major power failure at CIPD HQ, which is affecting some of our IT infrastructure and have extremely reduced services. 

This is also impacting our servers so logging on to CIPD websites - including this Community - may be temporarily unavailable.

Apologies for any inconvenience.

  • Following a power outage we’re still experiencing problems with our website logins, our systems are currently restoring and we’re testing them as they become available. Our customer services team are still running but with reduced capacity so we’re taking longer to respond to queries than normal. We hope to have full service back across all areas tomorrow. We apologise for any inconvenience in the meantime and thank you for your patience.
