I am currently working as a standalone HR Manager within a manufacturing environment and I am keen to continue developing my professional capability, particularly in employee relations, organisational change, and UK employment law.
As a CIPD Level 3 and Level 5 qualified HR professional (with a CIPP Payroll Technician Certificate), I am looking to connect with an experienced HR mentor who would be open to providing occasional guidance and professional insight.
I am particularly interested in learning from someone with experience in operational HR and complex workplace matters.
