In the UK teams, I would like to understand that as HR managers how do you'll maintain engagement activities virtually? Eg. for the upcoming Women's Day, is there anything specific that you'll do? Or list of events that has been planned for your teams?

  • We usually keep virtual activities simple and inclusive—team quizzes, short recognition sessions, themed games, and sharing stories or achievements. For Women’s Day, a guest speaker or informal discussion around women’s experiences at work could work really well
