I am interested in getting some feedback from the community on examples of good practice in sending festive/New Year messages to staff.

Examples of messages that you've personally appreciated receiving in relation to festive/New Year?

  • In a previous job, our CEO wrote out little notelets to each member of staff personally thanking them for various things or work they had done (eg welcoming new staff, what impact had been made, etc). This was accompanied by a box of chocolates. Not a massive cost, but appreciated by all. And personal to each person.

    Saying thanks goes a long way.
