When I did this at the beginning of the year, I undertook a self assessment here and set myself some goals based on where it said my areas of development were: mycpdmap.cipd.co.uk/dashboard

However that all related to the old profession map. There are some downloads which relate to the new one here: peopleprofession.cipd.org/.../downloads
The Full Standards are quite useful, you can assess where you feel you are currently and where you want to be and it gives you some guidelines of what you should be doing to work at that standard.
