My name is Isabelle Stamm-Huennefeld, and I am a MSc Human Resource Management student at Birkbeck, University of London. I am currently in the final stage of my research project and would be very grateful for your support!
My research examines factors that may influence employees' intention to use Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) in the workplace – specifically the role of perceived trustworthiness, confidentiality concerns, and psychosocial safety climate, as well as associations between employee wellbeing and sickness absence. This study has received ethical approval from Birkbeck, University of London.
I am looking for participants who are aged 18+, currently employed, and ideally working in an organisation that offers an EAP. The survey is completely confidential and takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
