Hi there,

Hope you are all well...

I am currently studying a CIPD L5 Diploma and have been tasked with asking HRM's - what they do on a day to day basis? and; what impact they have on their organisation as a whole?

I do not work with any HRM's and hoped someone could assist me?

Hi Tayla

That is a huge question and responses will differ depending on so many variables:

Sector and size of business
Cultural maturity of business
HR resource and management capability
Business strategy
etc. etc.

It may be worth narrowing the question?
