HR Inform cost

Hello all,

My first post... I've looked back on the forums and can see people have had various issues with HR Inform membership. I'm finding it difficult to decide whether to subscribe (self employed HR Consultant) I'm sure it would be useful, but I don't like the lack of transparency about the cost. I'd get the lowest rate being tied in for 5 years, which seems draconian, and I can see from other comments that people have found it hard to cancel the subscription which is my fear. I didn't like having to negotiate on the phone about it without knowing whether the price I was being told was 'fair' or if I was being taken advantage of....

Would anyone mind sharing a ball park of what they are paying per month so I have something to compare?

Thanks very much.

  • The concerns you are sharing are very similar to the ones I hear consistently from my network. There are other competitor products out there. They might not offer exactly the same but the five year thing puts a lot of people off, especially small businesses which often need more flexibility. Do your due diligence carefully and whatever you sign up to, make sure it works for you and your business both in terms of the products and the amount of usage you will get and, if the worst case scenario is needed, the exit terms.
