Hi,

Is the annual entitlement of 20, per call or per topic?

https://www.cipd.co.uk/membership/my-membership/advice-support says its per call but advisers say its per topic.

Hi Luis... yes, that's correct.

20 calls per year (25 if you are Chartered).
