Hi all. This is my first post on here.
I work for a charity and am at the early stages in working on a pay project. I would like to get a feel for the amount of time other organisations offer pay protection for. We are looking at 2 years maximum. Worst case scenario (depending on which pay model we opt for) would be £7k reduction in an employee's pay.
