Hi, I have just noticed that our business has just had a very bad Google Review.  In fact this is the first review we have received, its not something we solicit due to the confidential and sensitive nature of our work.

Not being too 'techy', I am not really sure why we have had a review and how to remove this facility all together.

My concern is that 2 of our employee's have been 'named and shamed', they are identifiable as their names are not too common...what is our responsibility towards our employees and how do we protect them?

Our 'clients' often have an axe to grind due to the nature of our business.
