I've recently purchased the updated Reward Management: Alternatives, Consequences and Contexts CIPD text book by Jones and Perkins, which I'm finding very helpful in relation to a current project. The book references a paper: "Research Synopsis: The business case for pensions" by the CIPD from 2009 that I would like to look at - however I've searched the CIPD site, and using Google Scholar etc, and can't find it.
Can anyone point me in a helpful direction?
