My view is that unless you used the same survey then any benchmarking would be pretty pointless from a statistical point of view. If you used a reputable survey then they should provide you with benchmarks etc.

We changed survey a few years ago and our scores moved quite drastically in some areas just because we were asking different questions.

I suggest to do your original work : list down factors affecting the Engagement drivers in employee lifecycle beginning from recruitment till exit and post exit feedback,
