Hi all. Is there any data or statistics on how many cases does a person in Employee relations deals with on average? I know this will depend mainly on the size of the organisation. I am also interested in differences between small, medium and large organisations. Any articles and data can be helpful.

I have never seen such stats and would think they would be so case specific to be meaningless. Depends on teh level and depth they are handling them - from a telephone helpline to full case management
