Hi can anyone recommend an employee engagement survey tool for small enterprise <100 employees.  Based in Dublin, technology sector.  Thank you Deirdre

  • We used WeThrive (www.wethrive.net) for an organisation of approx. 160 employees and found them really good. The survey was easy to administer, all done on line, and the results were clearly explained. You can also have access to their follow up modules which suggest actions you can take and help to coach managers through the actions and changes you can make.
