Evidence Based HR article

Nice points Kevin, nicely put. Interesting that it sparked a comment on the point of using intuition alongside evidence. Gary Klein's work - including an article with Daniel Kahneman on the topic is really interesting. Basically if you a particular situation many times, you can usefully make Recognition Primed Decisions, tapping into intuition. Where you can't, you're better relying on the best available evidence from other sources.
