I'm currently running a survey on hybrid working. I've asked everyones preference between home/ office working, where they feel more productive, whether colleague relationships have improved or suffered, whether decision making is quicker or slower etc., whether they feel they should be reimbursed for working from home and whether they would prefer to continue hybrid working on an ad-hoc or regular rota'd basis.

Some interesting results so far - everyone prefers working from home as they get more done with fewer interruptions. But the thing they miss from being in the office is the hallway chats etc and the benefits this brings to MH and creativity etc!
