People are using microchip implants (the same kinds used for pets) which could be used like a key fob or for contactless payment (uses near field communication). The lady in this video uses it as an electronic business card. 

I was at event last week where people were either handing out business cards or saying they were environmentally unfriendly. Would you consider an implant as an alternative? Or could it be useful for colleagues going into dangerous situations (much like dogtags)?
