Using Face Recognition Technology in recruitment?

Hi

Has anyone heard of facial expression analysis being used in the recruitment process? 

It came up during a presentation I was at and I hadn't heard anything about it and was surprised as it didn't come form a high technology source. 

Any thoughts and pointers very welcome!

    I'm sure some people will be using some form of face recognition technology. Sounds dodgy to me though... not far removed from the suggestion this sort of tech can tell you whether someone will turn out to be a terrorist or a gambler??

    I'd be interested to hear from others, too.
