I was wondering if anyone could advise on gender pay gap reporting within GB and NI. We were previous an organisation well under the 250 threshold, but with a recent acquisition, we now are over and above this number.
Is there information on how many staff need to be in GB or NI to meet the reporting threshold? Is it 250 in UK? Or if say 400 people in the organisation, with 180 in the UK, would we still be required to report?
