I recall doing the Harvard Unconscious Bias Test. It wasn’t that long, probably around 10 minutes.

I have an MSc in Organisational and Business Psychology - Nichola has recommended the best Unconscious Bias test in terms of scientific robustness. It's built for research though and not corporate use so it does come across as 'clunky' and also difficult to give a direct link to the exact test you need. What do you want as an outcome from the experience?
