  • Hi Natalie,

    1. Does the member of the 'office' team have a medical qualification??
    2. Is there any issue with their work competence?
    3. If you do decide to talk to her how are you going to satisfy yourself that they have or have not got dementia?

If you have any genuine concerns based on evidence then you should consider a referral to an occupational health provider.

PS talking to someone about something that may effect their work is NOT discriminatory or ageist.

  • Hi David many thanks for your reply it's very helpful
