2 DEI Off the shelf training modular recommendations

Hi there,

We are a small organisation 50 or so employees. We are looking at our DEI offering for training for our, ideally modular, covering the family of protected groups. We want to raise awareness or diversity groups, things to consider, positives of each group and encourage understanding and personal behaviours.

I would appreciate any recommendations of organisations you may have used and found beneficial for us to explore.

While training is only one important consideration and not an alternative to the wider approach described in the CIPD factsheet on EDI, I've found skillboosters.com content useful. They strike a balance between making content general enough to be useful in different organisations and specific enough to be relevant and informative.

We did eLearning on disability awareness from Leonard Cheshire if you contact their training team and I also heard SkillsBoosters are updating some of their courses too and those cover wider DEI topics.
