I would avoid Lexxic at all costs.

Try someone like Colin Baird, Thriiver, AbilityNet, or Business Disability Forum.

If this is aimed at Managers ensure there is a HR Professional in there who deals with Reasonable Adjustments as these sessions tend to leave managers with loads of questions about these things.

If you need some guidance on Reasonable Adjustments, I’m more than happy to help with that element, as it is what I do, however Business Disability Forum are brilliant too.

If using a speaker who is neurodivergent, ensure they are paid for their time, as otherwise it is counterproductive regarding achieving disability inclusion.
