Leading and Managing People

Hello everyone I'm Mukta Dahiya. I'm studying the Module Leading and Managing People in my Level 11 HR studies. I wanna know your thoughts on Managing People from different backgrounds from HRs prospective reason being from my on experience, People from different backround, different culture take the things very differently. The things which are really important for one person is not even noticeable for other person because of different managerial culture. So how to manage all this to complete the work successfully.. All advice and comments will be appreciated.. Thank you
