Good afternoon all,

We're looking to build on our work around reasonable adjustments and are looking to capture this in a code of practice (most likely). We think this might need to cover areas such as reasonable adjustments in the contractual location, home location and training. 

We're looking to understand how others have achieved this via policy/code of practice to help us learn from best practice.

If you have a code of practice (or something similar) we'd be grateful if you could share this with us to help inform our understanding of how this is working elsewhere.
