You may well have seen the CIPD is calling for compulsory Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting. What are peoples views? What real benefit do members feel we have seen from gender pay gap reporting? Has it lived up to the hype ?. So is this the right vehicle to address a serious and significant issues?
