I was just wondering whether your companies have allowed staff to add their pronouns to their signatures and what was the uptake, how was it received and what was your approach to presenting it as an option to staff.
A number of our staff give their pronouns in their e-mail signatures. There is also a move towards adding pronunciation of people's names. Neither is required in our policies but they are supported by senior leaders and diversity champions.

We have allowed this to happen and it has been optional. However, recently had push back when a manager tried to mandate this in their team. Overall, i think we will keep it as optional as this is in keeping with an allyship approach.

Like the other posts, we at UCLan have had awareness raising training about gender pronouns, but it is a matter for individual choice whether it is incorporated into one's email signature. I sense that is the favoured process.
I worked for Deloitte and we were actively encouraged to adding pronouns to make it the norms. It was part of the email template tool in Outlook. There was also a trend regarding name pronunciation.
