Please does anyone know how the salary sacrifice scheme works in the organisation and do you have a separate policy or guidance on it or how is it the clause worded in your contracts
Our wording advises employees to speak to their IFA before making the decision to opt in or out. Of course, they will sign the policy for pension providers and organisation records.
