The Brexit decision has had a substantial impact on our hiring process. We now have to consider the implications of recruitment and immigration for all of our potential hires, both from within and outside of the UK. This means that our recruitment process has had to become much more rigorous and well thought out. We now have to consider the visa and work permit implications for each position and ensure that our applicants have the necessary paperwork to work in the UK. We also have to ensure that we are recruiting the most qualified individuals to fill the positions, as Brexit has made it more difficult to hire from abroad. We've had to become much more proactive in our approach to recruiting, as the process has become more difficult and complex. Additionally, we now have to ensure that we are aware of any changes in immigration and visa laws, as this could impact our recruitment process.
